I heard someone ask this question, and it reminded me of a conversation with my Mother. When I was younger and throughout my life people have called me the oddball, weird and different. She told me that those words describe someone who is unique, brilliant, and confident. They dance to their own personal rythmn and will never be out of tune with who they are meant to be in the world; an individual.
So, you better decide NOW for as long as you live whether you are going to care what others think, or script your own amazing life.
I quickly realized that all of the people that I admire, find interesting, cause me to think, have made the world better, and have put a dent in the universe without question have never been a caboose.
Clarity about who you are will always guide you to, and return you to your TRUE self.
Or, think of it this way, if you’re not the lead dog your view is always the same.
